This I like to do in Dymchurch.

So, I thought it would be nice if other than the Pub, the great fish and chips we serve and the fresh fish & seafood stall, I would talk about the other reasons you would want to come to ‘Costa Del Dymchurch’.

The beach! It’s obvious really, but I love the beach and its certainly the one of the nicest beaches in the South East with miles of sand.

Now, what to do when the weather isnt the best? Well a quick check on the cam here will tell you if the tide is out and if its raining or not. If it is, then it’s time to head on down to Dymchurch Amusement Park.

I pretty much spent my youth in here, and it has everything from a great kids softplay area upstairs, the usual one arm bandits, wack’a mole, arcade classics like Outrun and Street Fighter II then outside you have some really cool rides and possibly the scariest Ghost Train ride I have ever been on.

A trip to Dymchurch can not be complete without visiting MW’s Amusement Park, losing all your 2p’s in the slots and walking away with a stuffed toy of some description.
